Rose Estates: Development of 527 acres including 1,620 single-family and multi-family homes, 110,000 square feet of commercial, and 152,000 square feet of industrial, as well as approximately 256 acres of parks and open space.
Jefferson Ridge: Development of 7.9 acres including 121 attached single-family units and a 2,000 square foot commercial building.
Refinery Redevelopment (external link): Redevelopment of approximately 900 acres including approximately 3,5000 residential units, up to 600,000 square feet of commercial, up to 3 million square feet of industrial and approximately 150 acres of parks and open space.
Benicia Senior Housing (external link): Development of 109 units of age-restricted (55+) affordable multifamily units on City-owned sites; also includes replacement of the Benicia Senior Center and public parking.
