We invite you to learn about following indoor facilities/event venues for which we accept reservations.
No reservations can be taken by phone. Residents may not reserve facilities for non-residents.

Benicia Clock Tower

The Clock Tower is our largest indoor facility, seating up to 536 people or 601 standing. This is a great venue for large events such as weddings, receptions, parties, and meetings of all sort. Open Viewing: We hold an open viewing every Tuesday from 5pm-7pm for those interested in exploring the building prior to rental. No reservation is required. Optional Cleaning Service: We offer renters the option to allow us to coordinate the cleaning of the facility after your rental. A great place for a small private event such as a birthday parties, baby showers, retirement and graduation parties. Maximum capacity in the large room is 120 and the small room holds 69 people. The rooms are divided by French doors and both rooms are included in the price of the rental. Benicia Community Center
|
Formerly "Mills Elementary School," the Community Center is now home to the Community Services Department offices and is used for a variety of daily activities and classes. The facility has meeting rooms, classrooms, and a large multi-purpose room that may be reserved for meetings, seminars, and private parties. The smaller rooms have a seating capacity of 20 people and the multi-purpose room can seat up to 120 people. City Gym
|
The City Gym can be rented for sport related birthday parties. All food must be consumed in the lobby (tables and chairs, as well as food and drink are not allowed inside the gym) Rentals do require 4 weeks advance notice. Rentals can be made 3 months (to the day) in advance. Benicia non-profits may reserve 4 months in advance. Bounce houses are not allowed in the gym. |
