The 2024 Citywide Pavement Rehabilitation and Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) Cycle 11 Pedestrian Crossing Project generally consists of pavement rehabilitation, base failure repair, utility adjustment, curb extensions, curb ramps, restriping roadway, and sign replacement.

Tentative Project Schedule
The anticipated construction schedule for July 2024 is listed below. Updates will be posted as information becomes available.
- Rose Drive and East Second Street slurry seal (top coat) will be applied week of July 22
- Roadway striping anticipated to conclude in early August

Potential Resident Impact
Traffic may be impacted during construction activities along East 2nd Street between Hillcrest Avenue and Rose Drive, on Rose Drive between McAllister Drive and Primrose Lane and on Park Road at Sulfur Springs Creek.
