Permit Application

The following information is required for your sign permit application: 

  • A signed Property Owner Signature Form with a copy of the propety owner's photo ID
    • If the applicant is not the property owner, a letter of authorization from the owner designating the applicant to act as agent on their behalf for the purposes of the sign permit.
  • A Digital Signature Authorization Form signed by the applicant with a copy of the applicant's photo ID
  • Drawings and/or photographs showing the following :
    • For signs to be placed on a building:
      • Proposed sign with dimensions, design, material, type of illumination, color and location on the building
      • Length of the building or portion of the building for which the sign is being sought
      • Location and size of all existing signs on the building
    • For free-standing signs:
      • Proposed sign with dimensions, design, material, type of illumination, color and location
Please submit all required documents and plans at the time of filing your application. Incomplete applications will result in delays.
