Police Reports
Requests for copies of police reports can be made in several ways:

Submit a completed Police Records Request form to the Police Department in person or via USPS mail.
Forms are available at the Police Department (7 days a week, 24 hours a day) or can be downloaded below.
Completed forms can be dropped off at the Police Department or mailed to:

Benicia, CA 94510 - Telephone requests can be made by calling the Records Clerk at 746-4245.
Requests are not fulfilled until they are approved by the Records Clerk AND payment has been received. You must be an authorized applicant (based on the California Public Records Act and Benicia Municipal Code Open Government Ordinance) for a request to be approved.
