The Investigations Division consists of both sworn and non-sworn personnel assigned as:

The Investigations Division is dedicated to the relentless pursuit of justice for all victims in our community. We are honored to partner with the community to keep Benicia safe.

 

 

Victim Notification Network (VINE) This service allows crime victims to obtain timely and reliable information about criminal cases and the custody status of offenders 24 hours a day.
Victims of Crime - "Marsy Rights" This California Department of Justice information card provides information on victim rights, contact information for additional information, and a list of various government funded agencies that may also be of assistance to victims of crime
