Parking Citation Protests

Clancy Systems, Inc. is a private firm contracted by the city to handle all parking citation information and payments. Payment can be made online here. 

Individuals who wish to contest a parking citation may request an "Administrative Review" from our Community Service Officer. For this procedure, our Community Service Officer can be contacted Monday - Thursday, 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 707-746-4242. The police department conducts the actual review. If the administrative review supports the issuance of the citation, the citizen may then request a hearing. A police department citizen volunteer hearing examiner conducts the hearing. The citizen will be required to post the citation bail when requesting a hearing.
