Parking Citation Protests

Clancy Systems, Inc. is a private firm contracted by the city to handle all parking citation information and payments. Payment can be made online here. 

Individuals who wish to contest a parking citation may request an "Administrative Review" from our Community Service Officer. For this procedure, our Community Service Officer can be contacted Monday - Thursday, 6am to 4pm at 707-746-4242. The Police Department conducts the actual review (not the private firm to which payment is made). If the administrative review supports the issuance of the citation, the citizen may then request a hearing. A police department citizen volunteer, hearing examiner conducts the hearing. The citizen will be required to post the citation bail when requesting a hearing.
