AB481 - Military Equipment & Use Policy

The Benicia Police Department is posting its Proposed Military Equipment Policy as required by Assembly Bill 481 (GC 7070 et seq.) The City is required to post this proposed policy for a period of at least 30 days.

The report will go to Council for review at the first meeting after the 30 days of this public notice.  Please refer to the City Council agendas for the presentation of the AB481 Annual report.
