Planning Commission Public Hearing
The Planning Commission conducted a public hearing to review the draft amendments to the Benicia Municipal Code (BMC) and Downtown Mixed Use Master Plan (DMUMP) on November 13, 2025. Following the hearing, the Commission recommended approval of the proposed amendments.
