City Attorney's Office Training Offered
If you will be attending one of the above meetings for the purpose of completing the training, please contact the City Attorney's Office at 746-4216 or email BStock@ci.benicia.ca.us. An information packet will be provided for you at the meeting.
About the Classes:
- AB 1234 is required every 2 years for City Council, Planning Commission, Historic Preservation Review Commission and Open Government Commission members. In addition to attending one of the classes provided by the City Attorney's Office, you may also satisfy the requirement online through the Fair Political Practices Commission website or by attending a workshop.
- Open Government Training is required annually for City Council members and all members of City of Benicia Boards, Commissions and Committees.
