Collaborative Assistance for Families Keeping Children Safe and Families Strong

The Family Resource Center (FRC) is a community-based center that focuses on providing information and referral services to families and children. The FRC will work with families to meet their needs and enhance the well being of all family members.

Benicia's FRC is a local resource center where families can go for information, referrals, parent education, family support and other services. The resources and information are tailored to meet the needs of the Benicia community, and designed to make families feel welcome and supported. Home visits may be scheduled for families that need extra support.

The FRC maintains a wide range of programs to serve the needs of our community.
