Please email your completed form and required back up documents to the City of Benicia, Utility Billing Division at utilitybilling@ci.benicia.ca.us We will get back to you within 24 business hours of your email being received.
Our office hours are Monday - Friday 9am to 4pm - Closed every other Friday. If you need to contact us by phone please call us during our business hours at (707) 746-4225. If this is a water emergency please contact the Benicia Police Department Non-Emergency line at (707) 745-3412.
