Stormwater Outreach & Education

Educating the Public through Outreach
The Stormwater Program has a Storm Drain placard replacement project. The placard replacement project inspects City storm drains to assess the condition of existing storm drain "Only Rain Down the Drain" or "No Dumping - Drains to Bay" placards and replaces them as necessary.

Our Water Our World Program (OWOW)

The OWOW Program is part of the City's Integrated Pest Management Program designed to help residents use effective eco-friendly pest control and less toxic products for home and garden.

Common home and garden pesticides are found in stormwater runoff, treated wastewater, and in local waterways, sometimes at levels that can harm sensitive aquatic life. Click here to learn more and find a store in your area that carries less toxic solutions for your garden problems.
