Review and Comment on the Updated Draft Application

The updated draft application is available for a 7-day review beginning December 8, 2025 and concluding December 15, 2025. During this time, the City will accept comments on the draft application. Following the close of the public comment period, the City will submit the revised application packet to the State.  In addition, written comments can be provided via email to planning@ci.benicia.ca.us or by mail to:
