T’ai Chi
Learn Wu-style Tai
Chi, a traditional Chinese martial art known for gentle, mindful movement. This
class focusses on proper form, balance, strength, and healthy body mechanics to
support wellness, mobility, and longevity.

Abs & Back
We all love to feel good about our workout. Come join us in this new class. Get your core and back in shape! Everyone should have a strong stomach as well as a strong back to stay healthy and be fit. You will need a yoga mat and be able to get on the floor. Those that cannot be on their knees can modify when needed. Isolation, isotonic and isometric movements will be performed in each class.

Cardio Line Dance
Follow along to fun line dance routines (country, samba, soul) while getting a
great cardio workout. We briefly go over the moves for each song before
dancing, and we stretch at the end. Videos are provided to learn dances at
home as well. All levels are welcome and though there will be some
learning curve at first, stick with it and it will come. Great for the brain!

Cardio Rhythm Intervals - previously Cardio Kick & Dance
Repetitive rhythmic intervals that elevate
your heart rate, with breaks to recover. Interval training is an excellent
way to burn fat without spiking cortisol, maintain lean muscle, improve insulin
sensitivity and metabolic flexibility, improve cognition and working memory,
and remain more joint-friendly while still getting bone-promoting impact on the
ground. Get ready to sweat and feel good! Any move can be modified or
progressed to reach the right level for you. Warm up and cool down with
easy to follow dance routines, and stretch at the end.

Center Balance Strength
This class will the focus on our center (trunk/core) While working out with weights.

Fit and Flexible
This class combines strength training, low impact cardio intervals, and deep gentle stretching while focusing on correct form and breathing to reduce aches and increase energy.

Gentle Yoga
A 45 minute class where we will move slowly through poses and hold longer to investigate and engage more. Standing and seated poses will be supported with the use of a chair (optional) as well as traditionally reclined poses (which can be done seated). Ideal for those that wish to move at a slower pace, are working with or through an injury, or wish to explore yoga through a more supportive place. Please bring a blanket, blocks and a strap.

Hatha Yoga
Hatha I is an easy to moderate pace class. Starting off with basic breath work (pranayama) and moving into a well rounded class of postures designed to lightly awaken the body. Finishing with a brief meditation and a rejuvenating rest (savasana).

Interval Strength Training
This class will have interval training with weights and body movements such as marching and walking in between strength training.

Hula Fit welcomes kupuna (elders) to enjoy gentle hula-inspired movement that nurtures body and spirit. With aloha (love, compassion) and pilina (connection), each class honors all abilities and build community through dance.

Mat Pilates
Mat Science is a fusion-based
format involving a true balance between standing and floor exercises in a
variety of positions. It incorporates the use of both Yoga and Pilates
breathing techniques and core strengthening to make your body strong and lean. Come
join this exciting workout. Learn breathing and relaxation methods to stabilize
your core with each exercise. Gain core strength and stabilization and balance
for a great workout! All levels welcome.

Stretch & Core
After warming up with easy, flowing, mobility-increasing movements, we’ll cover all aspects of core strengthening (abs, low back, glutes) for improved posture, balance, and strength along with deep full body stretching and mobility work to increase flexibility and reduce aches and pains.

Therapeutic Yoga is a perfect class to reduce stress, work gently through acute or chronic injuries, reduce fatigue and boost immunity. This is a low impact form of yoga, where all positions are practiced laying down. The non-weight bearing movements involve sliding, gliding, and circular movements to balance the body structure and reduce myo-fascial holding. Experience these profound movements to help reduce fatigue and tension, relieve low back pain, relieve neck and shoulder tightness while creating an overall sense of ease and relaxation in the body. Appropriate for all! Please bring a blanket and a mat.

Dance Unlocked
This is an interval dance class that combines low and high intensity moves and is a great workout. All levels welcome.
