Reserve the pergola area for your pool picnics & parties during our recreation swim hours along with our special Friday evening recreation swim!

There are 2 picnic sections available for reservation/rental:

The SOUTH section has full pergola coverage, 3 picnic tables and 5 moveable chairs. SOUTH section is closes to East J Street.
The NORTH section has 1 portion of pergola coverage and 2 large umbrellas, 3 picnic tables and 5 moveable chairs. NORTH section is closest to the Olympic Pool.

Each section will seat 23 people comfortably and is available for rental during Recreation Swim times.

Rental Fees: $116.75/section res; $344.25/section non-res

Reservations are accepted at the Community Services Department, 370 East L Street.
Reservations cannot be taken over phone.
Applicants must be 21 years of age with valid identification.
Residents can reserve the pool picnic areas three months in advance. Non-Residents can reserve 2 months in advance.
Rentals sponsored by companies, non-profit organizations, or other organizations will need to provide insurance.
Aquatic Picnic areas are only available for reservation during Recreation Swim Hours.
Reservation includes entrance fee of 10 kids pers section and all non-swimming adults.
Refunds for outdoor facilities are not issued due to rain or other weather conditions.
All Outdoor Facility Policies for picnic reservations apply.
