SolTrans provides local and express bus service to the Solano County cities of Benicia, Vallejo, Fairfield, Suisun City, Vacaville, and Dixon, California with Express connections to BART. Currently four SolTrans routes provide bus service to Benicia:

• Routes 15/17 - Local service in the mornings and afternoons on school days
• Express Route Y - Express service between Vallejo and Walnut Creek, with four stops on Military and one stop on East 5th Street
• Express Route B - Express service between Davis and Walnut Creek, with one stop at the Benicia Park & Ride (Park Road and Industrial Way)

 Youth Ride Free

SolTrans offers youth 18 and under FREE rides on all SolTrans Local Routes and Solano Express Lines. This pilot program, running through June 2025, aims to promote public transit access for a new generation, boost school attendance, and increase ridership.
