Applications, plans, and documents can be submitted electronically on the City of Benicia's Permit Center. Permit Center submittals are processed on working days. Submittals received after 3:00 PM on a business day, on weekends, holidays, or during City Hall closures will begin processing until the following working day. During application intake, the City may request needed information to facilitate the permit review.
