Taberna's Tae Kwon Do Academy
Ages 5 & up: Join this brand new class centered around the fundamentals of Tae Kwon Do and self-defense. Students will focus on building confidence and self-discipline through learning and practicing martial arts skills and techniques. As students master the basics, they will then focus on application of street techniques and self-defense, and the opportunity to test up in belt rank!
Please bring water to class. Students should dress in comfortable clothing to move around in. Please notify instructor of any injuries or limitations that may affect your ability to safely perform the techniques and we will work to accommodate.
